• Prescription lenses may require additional processing time

• Tracking information is provided with every order

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, your package may be redirected to a local pickup point by the carrier. Pickup details and collection instructions will be provided via email or postal notice.

Orders that are not collected within the carrier’s holding period may be returned to us. Once received, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Returns

We offer a 20-day return policy for eligible items.

• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging

Prescription Lenses

Prescription lenses are custom-made and may not be eligible for standard returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
