2. Products & Orders

NUREVOR offers eyewear products including optical frames, sunglasses, clip-on eyewear, prescription lenses, and related accessories.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once an order has been placed and payment has been authorized, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

NUREVOR reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

3. Prescription Lenses

By purchasing prescription eyewear, you confirm that:

• The prescription information provided is complete and accurate

• You have obtained your prescription from a qualified professional

• Your prescription is valid and up to date

• You are responsible for verifying all prescription details before submitting your order

NUREVOR is not responsible for incorrect prescriptions submitted by customers.

Prescription lenses are custom-made products and may not be eligible for standard returns unless defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable store currency and may include taxes where required by law.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.

NUREVOR reserves the right to adjust pricing, promotions, or product availability without prior notice.

5. Shipping

We offer free shipping on eligible orders within supported regions.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, or fulfillment conditions.

Tracking information is provided once available.

6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 20 days of delivery.

Returned items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging and accessories

Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.

Prescription lenses and custom-made products may not qualify for standard returns unless defective or incorrect.

7. Warranty

NUREVOR provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects on eligible products.

The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Improper handling
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact support within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

8. Product Information

We aim to display products, colors, and materials as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screens, lighting, and digital displays, slight variations may occur.

All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for general informational purposes.
